NCC aims at developing discipline, character, brotherhood, the spirit of adventure and ideals of selfless service amongst young citizens. Not only these, it also aims to enlighten leadership qualities among the youth who will serve the Nation regardless of which career they choose. It also motivates the young to choose a career in armed forces. to create a human resource of organised trained and motivated youth to provide leadership in all walks of life including the Armed Forces and be always available for the service of the nation. The Red colour is for the Army, Navy Blue for the Navy and Sky Blue for the Air Wing. In the centre of the flag is the circular floral wreath with the words 'N.C.C.' written in Golden Yellow colour. The same three colours are seen in the lanyard which the Associate NCC Officers (ANOs) wear around the left shoulder.

The space club inspires and motivates students to learn more about our mysterious wonderful space. A reflecting telescope is present in the school to view the planets and stars. From State Science centre, expertise support in learning about the Universe.

Students no more welcome the traditional chalk and talk pedagogy. They aspire for modern methods like the usage of smart boards. We have the EduComp smart classes with which students are very contented.

Every individual has a hobby of his or her own. To meet out the ever growing demands of the students, we run many activity clubs very effectively. Philately club is one among them. At present there are many active members who have a collection of a wide range of stamps.

NCC Air Wing is started on 30-10-2009 by Mr.Gnana Ravi Inspector of Police is the Chief Guest.

Choosing the right career is very important after the completion of schooling. In this regard the school management extends not only guidance and counseling but also charity to the deserved students.

Timely conveyance is made easily available for the students by taking the distance and safety in to consideration. Our school has 31 buses plying to different places, even to remote villages and pick up the students in time.

Any sort of grievances incase brought to be knowledge of the management they will redressel immediately by following this system. It is really functioning smoothly. In reality, it supports all students for a stress-free learning.

Students are sheltered in the hostel to create a conducive atmosphere for learnings. Our school has hostel facilities both for boys and girls located in separate places. It should be noted here that considering the health condition, students are fed with first quality food on all days.

Water is the elixir of life. Purified water is provided to the students to ensure hygienic atmosphere both in the school and hostel.

Music and dance go hand in hand. It is a movement done rhythmically to music. Interested students are regularly trained and practised. Our students consisting of 7 in number performed an cultural program me (Folk dance) and won the trophy. The performance took place on 01.09.07 at Erode.

It is also a disciplinary physical education. It includes meditation, breathing exercises and specific body postures. It is done in our school regularly to maintain good health both physically and mentally.

ILM stands for Institute of Language Management. Spoken English is felt a must in the modern age. No one can deny the fact that English is the gateway through which we see the world. To accomplish the Himalayan task, the school has joined hands with the ILM and the task is really carried out well.

It is a system used by an individual to defend himself from any perilous situation. Karate is taught in our school to help the youngsters to defend themselves from their enemies.

It is an organisation meant for boys. Its Chief aim is to develop leadership qualities among students. Above all students are trained to be self disciplined Guides is a part of scout activities meant for girls. Timely guidance and counseling is extended to girls to stress-free movement in the academic activities. The members of Scout display march-past and parade on the Independence day and Republic day.

This organisation aims at creating a sense of preserving the forest. It has been recently organised with the enrolment of 30 students. Its motto is “Greenisation”.In our school premises, one could see plants with a plate hung over it showing each plant’s botanical name. In reality, its main aim is to create greenery everywhere and to realize. This we have created an atmosphere of greenbelt in our school premises.

Every individual is unique to himself or herself in nature. Our school has organized a large group of musicians who are able to play instruments such an string, woodwind, brass, percussion section, keyboard and guitar. On an occasion 35 students of our school orchestra in the band-marching competition held at Erode. The participants imprinted an indelible name by achieving 10th place among 100 school and 1st place in Erode District. To add glory to their fame, the following could be noted here on 25.10.07 our orchestra presented a programme at V.O.C. Stadium, Erode where the participants consisting of 27 members played band for the opening and closing functions and won the hearts of all spectators.

It is an activity involving skill in making things by hand. Students are trained in this regard effectively. During our school exhibition, hand-made things and articles of our students were displayed. It will also enable them earn a livelihood.

Reading enables learning. It is one of the four skills. To encourage reading practice among students a well-equipped library consisting of nearby 2000 books written by eminent writers in various fields is functioning well. For classes VI-VIII, every week there is a library period allowed in the time-table and the students are taken to the library to improve their reading skill and comprehensive skill.
